Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you complete authority over your email boxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect e-mails from one email box to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail accounts against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mail accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your mail accounts and select the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one email box to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just choose the mailbox you would like to redirect mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
